   Work  About  Contact

Kristina Kapilin is a Danish-Faroese artist and sound designer based in London.

Her work explores sound as a multi-sensory phenomenon, considering how sound is experienced through different modes of listening and sensory perception. She is particularly interested in how sound and language shape our sense of place and how listening can connect us with memories and stories embedded in landscapes.

Kristina’s practice focuses on sound-led storytelling across performance, moving image, and audio-visual installation. As a sound designer, she has sound designed plays and performances across London’s fringe theatre scene.
